BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and will be applied towards your final balance. The remaining balance is due the day before your service via bank transfer or if you are paying on the day, cash is required.

  • Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received
  • Deposits are non-refundable

Please note that if you book a bridal trial but do not secure your wedding date with a deposit, the date may come available to other clients, as dates cannot be held without a deposit.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 14 days’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable, but I will work with you to reschedule your service subject to availability.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform me at least 14 days before the scheduled date. I will do my best to accommodate new dates, subject to availability. Rescheduled bookings will require a new deposit if the original date was already cancelled or rescheduled.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your makeup and there will be an additional fee for the inconvenience.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities to makeup products prior to your appointment. It is required for you to come to your appointment with clean, moisturised skin.

If you are having a hair service, please ensure you wash your hair the day before and ensure you have dry hair for your appointment. Avoid any oil base products as this will affect your hair style.

TRAVEL & ON-SITE SERVICES

Travel fees will apply at a rate of £0.50 per mile.

PRIVATE WORKSPACE

A separate room is required for your appointment to minimise distractions and maintain privacy.

EQUIPMENT

On the day of your appointment please provide a space with a table and a high stool or chair. If you do not have a high stool/chair, please advise before hand so I can bring one.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of makeup services, no refunds will be issued once the service has been completed.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

I may take photos of the makeup application for portfolio and promotional use. If you prefer not to have your photos shared, please let me know.

MISREPRESENTED BOOKINGS

If it is discovered that a party makeup booking was made but is actually for bridal makeup, the booking will be immediately canceled, and the full payment will be retained, as payments are required at the start of the service.

Alternatively, you may be asked to pay the price difference between the party and bridal services.

RESPECT & CONDUCT

We are committed to providing a welcoming and professional environment for all clients and staff. Any form of rudeness, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. In such cases, services will be immediately terminated without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.
